Ingredients

500ml
  • 1 handfulspinach
  • 1 cupapple chopped
  • 1/3 cupmango chopped
  • 300 mlwater
  • squeezeone lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Washt rhe fruits and spinach well.

    Peel the mango and chop it removing the core. put it in the blender.

  3. 3

    Chop the apple but remove the seeds and place it in blender too. add the spinach, juice of lemon and water. blend together and enjoy
