In a kadhai or deep vessel take oil add cumin and crushed garlic and saute. Add turmeric, red chilli powder and saute

Add water, coriander powder, salt

Add coriander leaves,flour slurry (to get creamy texture)

Mix all ingredients under dough section and knead a medium dough. Make thin tube like structure and cut 3" pieces and connect as shown. Make them ready before you make tadka

These are shengole/ indian pasta

When the water in kadhai comes to boil add them and stir frequently.. They float once cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
