Ingredients

2servings
  • 3eggs
  • 1 teaspoonfresh black pepper powder
  • As neededsalt
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 3green chilli chopped
  • 1/2chopped tomato
  • 1 cuprefined flour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/4 teaspoonbaking soda
  • Pinchred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar
  • 1 tablespoontomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a mixing bowl add the one cup of refined flour and pinch of baking soda with vinegar and salt also one egg after cracking mix it well then add one cup of milk to the bowl, give it a well mix and keep aside, look, that no lump can't be formed in this batter.

    Now heat the pan add oil to the pan, now pour the egg batter to the pan after few minutes add two eggs after cracking and with the good mix of the egg next spread salt, chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, spread cheese,

    Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt. after few minutes remove the egg roll from the pan to the plate add tomato sauce to the roll, roll it and put in the micro oven for three minutes

    After that remove from the oven cut it with the sharpened knife and serve it.
