Ingredients

  • 10.5 ozpork loin (300 grams)
  • 1/4 cupevaporated milk (60 ml)
  • 1 teaspooncurry powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 cupcoconut cream (60 ml)
  • 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs (30 grams)
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/4 cupsweet chili sauce (60 ml)
  • Salad greens, as desired
  • Mayonnaise, as desired

Steps

    Slice the pork loin into thin pieces, each about 1/2 inch wide and 3 1/2 inches long.

    Marinate the pork with evaporated milk, curry powder, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Massage the seasonings into the meat, then refrigerate for about 2 hours.

    Thread the marinated pork onto skewers. You can twist the pork into a spiral shape if you like. Brush with coconut cream, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.

    Fry in a pan with hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Serve with sweet chili sauce and salad greens topped with mayonnaise.
