Slice the pork loin into thin pieces, each about 1/2 inch wide and 3 1/2 inches long.

Marinate the pork with evaporated milk, curry powder, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Massage the seasonings into the meat, then refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Thread the marinated pork onto skewers. You can twist the pork into a spiral shape if you like. Brush with coconut cream, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.

Fry in a pan with hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve with sweet chili sauce and salad greens topped with mayonnaise.
