Ingredients

  1. 7-8Karela (Bittergourd)
  2. 4 TablespoonOil for frying
  3. 4 teaspoondhania (coriander) jeera powder (cumin) + garam masala powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2haldi powder / turmeric
  7. 4 tspcrushed peanuts
  8. 1 tspgreen chilli, ginger and garlic paste
  9. 2-3 tspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the karelas.

  2. 2

    Now make a vertical cut on a side and remove all the seeds.

  3. 3

    Now boiled karelas.

    In a bowl mix ginger and garlic paste, crushed peanuts and all dry masalas. Add 2 tsp water. Mix it well. Now stuffing is ready.

    Stuff this inside the karela generously..

    In a pan 3 to 4 tsp oil and add stuffed karela.

    Cover it and cook for 10 min low flame. Karela sabji is ready for serve.
