Combine all ingredients for dough. Knead well. Allow it to rest for 2 hours

For making fillings heat a pan add a tablespoon of oil splutter with cumin seeds. Saute onion ginger garlic paste

Grind beef into fine powder. Add this into onion mix. Also add coconut seasoned it with masala powders and salt. masala should be very dry. Finally at some oregano and mix well turned of the flame.

Divide the dough into smaller balls roll them. Take half chapaties for base and half for covering

Make small holes on the chapaties which is kept for covering.

Take one chapati spread some cheese above it spread some filling cover it with covering chapati then feel the address give a egg wash on the top bake it in preheated oven,170 degree Celsius about 20 minutes
