Melt butter in a pan
- 2
Add onions and saute until translucent
- 3
Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma goes away
- 4
Add capsicum and saute for 3-4 minutes
- 5
Add tomatoes and cook until tender
- 6
Add pav bhaji masala, salt and chilli powder. mix well. add little water to cook masalas

Using masher, mash the veggies well
- 8
Scrape masala to side of pan. add butter at centre
- 9
Slit pav in halves, Roast pav until golden brown in same pan
- 10
Flip pav and roast again, add masala to pav in between slits
- 11
Add remaining masala on top of pav
- 12
Garnish with little grated cheese (optional) and coriander leaves. serve hot
