Soak urad dal one night before and stain with tea strainer next day in morning and leave it for 15 minutes for getting dry

Now knead the dough tightly add some oil salt and red chilli while knead dough

Take a pan add oil for deep fry

Now add salt and red chilli in dal as per taste,make stuffing
- 5
Make puri from dough,stuff with daall and seal it and deep fry in hot oil

Crispy crunchy dal kchodi is ready you can serve with white chane
