Ingredients

  • 1 cupgram flour
  • to taste Salt,red chilli
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 pinchhing / asafoetida
  • 2 tbspoil
  • For curry
  • According to taste salt and red chilli
  • 2 tbspcoriander
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspcumin,carom
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour and spices,oil knead a stiff dough,make a logs shape,boil it and cut in pieces

  2. 2

    Heat oil add cumin and carom

    Add all spices and 3 cups of water,boil it and add gatta

  4. 4

    Now add lemon juice and boil for a minute,serve hot
