Ingredients

  • 1big tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 2green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp (finely chopped)Coriander
  • 1 1/2 cups (whisked)Yogurt
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack pepper
  • to tasteChaat masala
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tspBlack salt
  • 1/4 tspsugar (optional)
  • if required as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add whisked yogurt adjust the consistency with water if required.

  2. 2

    Then add cucumber, onion, tomato, green chillies and 2 tbsp coriander and mix

  3. 3

    Now add in the Salt, Black salt, Black pepper, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and sugar (optional) and mix well

  4. 4

    Take it out in a serving bowl garnish with some more coriander and serve
