  • 2 bunchmanagu
  • 2 bunchspinach
  • to tasteSalt
  • Milk
  • I onion
  • 1tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Chuna the managu and boil

  2. 2

    In a pan fry onions and add the tomato. Add salt andlet cook.

  3. 3

    Add chopped spinach and mix. Add the boiled managu then your milk. Stir cover for 5 mins and serve hot with accompaniment of your choice.
