  2. 50 gmgram flour
  3. As neededOil
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1 tablespoonCumin seed
  6. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  7. As neededCurry Leaves
  8. 2Cloves
  9. To tasteRed chilli powder
  10. To tasteTurmeric powder
  11. To tasteGaram masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly mix curd and gramflour take pan add oil Add cumin seed assofertida when crackle add curd mixture and continue move with spoon

  2. 2

    There should be no lump continue move with half hour

  3. 3

    And ready garnish with curry leaves
