  • 50 gmgram flour

  • 1 tablespoonCumin seed
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • As neededCurry Leaves
  • 2Cloves
  • To tasteRed chilli powder
  • To tasteTurmeric powder
  • To tasteGaram masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly mix curd and gramflour take pan add oil Add cumin seed assofertida when crackle add curd mixture and continue move with spoon

  2. 2

    There should be no lump continue move with half hour

  3. 3

    And ready garnish with curry leaves
