Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken mince half kg
  • 2 tbspShan tandoori masal
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken in above ingredients, for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Sautee marinated chicken in 2 tbsp oil, cover and cook till chicken done

  3. 3

    Take Spring roll sheet and make rolls out of it, you can also add cheddar and mozrella cheese,

  4. 4

    Dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs.

  5. 5

    Freeze in zip lock bag or air tight container,

  6. 6

    Take out of Freezer, fry until golden brown and enjoy with garlic sauce
