  • 1 tinBlueberry jam
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essence

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients first together

    Now heat the pan and fry the pancakes in butter and turn it upside down

    Add the blueberry jam on top and serve them with some butter if want to.
