My family asked me to make some spicy and light snacks for iftar so i created this recipe by my own which is quite different from other chicken shots but the result is absolutely perfect. Every pakistani will love this chatpati recipe in iftar or snacks #cookpadramadan

My family asked me to make some spicy and light snacks for iftar so i created this recipe by my own which is quite different from other chicken shots but the result is absolutely perfect. Every pakistani will love this chatpati recipe in iftar or snacks #cookpadramadan

For marination, add all your ingredients in one bowl i.e. red chilli powder, kaali mirch powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, chilli sauce, soy sauce, adrak lehsan paste and chilli garlic sauce and mix to form a smooth mixture.

Then add chicken to that mixture, mix well, cover it and let it marinate for 1 hour.

For coating in a seperate bowl add maida, chaat masala, red chilli powder and kaali mirch powder and mix well.

In another seperate bowl beat one egg.

In another seperate bowl add you Breadcrumbs.

Now one by one dip each marinated chicken piece in maida mixture then egg then Breadcrumbs an fry them on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes each side. (you can pack these chicken shots in zip lock bag before frying and after coating and store them in freezer for 8 to 10 days)

Crispy and chatpatay chicken shots are ready. Serve them with French fries and ketchup. I guarantee everyone will love it.
