Steps

Grind the soaked rice in coconut milk.

Along with jaggery cardamom and salt to taste.

Gring into fine paste

In hot pan add the batter and keep stiring till it becomes roti dough consistency

Roll small guliyos and keep aside.
- 6
Heat oil and drop the guliyos and fry till golden & crisp

Marbles are ready, Drain marbles using tissue paper.
