Ingredients

2 or 3persons
  • Chicken breast 2 large (cut into bite size chunks)
  • For chicken marination
  • Salt 1tsp Black pepper 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tbsp Vinegar 1tbsp
  • soya sauce 1tbsp chilli sauce 1tsp
  • Mix well and let marinate for 2hours
  • For dry coating
  • All purpose flour 2cups Baking powder 1tsp
  • Mix it well and set a side
  • 1/2 cupFor liquid batter All purpose flour
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup Egg 1
  • Salt 1tsp Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp Mix well and
  • Make a paste by slowly adding chilled ice water

Steps

  1. 1

    Dip the chicken chunks into liquid batter than coat into dry flour mixture

  2. 2

    Fry on medium flame till the chicken crisps and golden in colour.
