Steps

Take a mixting bowl add grated ghiya add besan(gram flour) ajwain,dry methi mix it well.

Take a little amount of mixture make small bolls get it deep fry in oil.

Cut tomatoes and onion rughty take a mixing jar add onion & tomatoes add green chilli & garlice make a paste with the help of grinder.

Take a pan add oil get it hot add chamium seed,bay leaves, hing, ajwain crakle it add the above paste cook it until it cook completely.

Now add all regular spices cook it for 5 minutes.then add dahi in it. Cook it 1-2 sec. Add water it's up to u for thik grevy of not.

Cook greavy for 5-10 mints take a boil in greavy. Add koftas.it's ready for serve.
