Ingredients

  1. Handfuloats
  2. Milk of choice (I used Oat milk)
  3. Pecans and walnuts, roughly broken up
  4. Sprinkle of cinnamon
  5. 1/2banana, cubed
  6. Maple syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the oats in a bowl, pour on some milk and microwave for 3 minutes. If it’s too stodgy, add hot water or more milk and give it a good stir to loosen it up.

    Stir in the banana, top with your nuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a good glug of maple syrup.
