A easy to prepare and healthy dinner for when you don't have much time. Delicious too!

Disinfect vegetables. Steamed cook the potatoes and then the Brussels sprout, set aside.

Cook the sausages in a little water, turn to cook evenly and when water evaporates, add the oil and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and continue cooking for 2 more minutes. Serve with the vegetables.
