This is very simple yet tasty recipe.
Steps

Boil the rice along with 2 cardamoms,. Drain the water and keep the rice aside.

Heat the pan, add oil and ghee. Once the oil & ghee mixture is hot, add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon and saute for few seconds. Add paneer and saute for few minutes, till it's light brown. Now add all the fruites (2/3 quantity of the total quanity taken) and mix. Now add the boiled rice and mix with the fruits and paneer. Add salt and sugar, mix well.

Now switch of the flame, put the rice in a service bowl. Garnish with the remaining fruits kept. Your kashmiri pulao is ready.
