Green Peas Masala Curry

Soak Green Peas overnight.

Wash the green peas well. Pressure cook green peas for 1 whistle. Keep aside.

Heat a pan. Add in oil. When it is hot add onion and saute till slightly golden brown.

Add in ginger,garlic,green chilli,curry leaves and saute for a minute.

Now add in tomato and saute well or till tomato turns soft.

Once tomato is done add in masala ingredients and saute for a minute.

Add in green peas and water,salt. Cook in medium heat for about 5-6 minute.

Once the gravy thickness or reaches the required consistency,add in the garnish ingredients.

Cook for again 1 minute. Remove from stove.

Enjoy hot green peas Masala curry with chapati / idiyappam / puttu /appam / parotta !!!!
