I love finding new delicious ways to cook foods I love. Here's a tried and tested one I used recently.
Steps

Fry the onions in the oil and once transparent add in the diced garlic. Cook until garlic is brown.

Add in diced tomatoes and let them cook. Add in spices and salt and let them cook till the aroma is flowing in your kitchen.

Add in the ndengu and let them fry for a bit then add in the packet of coconut cream. Let this cook for 5-8 minutes and add a little water to reduce thickness.

Add salt to taste and serve with rice or chapati. Enjoy!
