Ingredients

50 minutes

Serves 4 servings

6potatoes, well scrubbed and cut into small cubes
2onions, thinly sliced
5 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
1/2 cupvegetable oil (120 ml)
Salt, to taste
2dried guindilla or guajillo chiles, cut with scissors

Combine the potatoes with the onions, chiles, garlic, and salt.

Heat a skillet and add the oil. Once hot, add the potato mixture and fry.

When the potatoes are golden brown, remove them and place on paper towels to drain.

Enjoy.
