Ginger/garlic paste
Cumim 1/2 tspoon
Salt
1/2 spoonRed chilli
Dhaniysn powder1/2 spn
Haldi 1/4 tb spoon
Kalongi (optional)
Oil for frying

Peel appl gourd properly n cut from center n in slices

Take oil in pan little hot to add ginger garlic paste n pour apple gourd n all spices n mix them
3

Let them cooks high to low flame.whem they comes soft. Then serve with roti or white rice.
