Make dough like paratha by using dhokli ingredients and keep aside.

In a pressure cooker add oil, Heat it add mustard,sesame seeds and asafoetida,

Add mix sprouts and red chilli powder turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, and 3 cup of water, let it boil.

From dhokli dough make big roti cut any shape dhokli and add in boiling sprouts.

Cover the lid and make 3 whistle

Let it cool then serve it in serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander.
