Ingredients

  • For dhokli ingredient -
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cupcheakpea flour
  • 1/2 teaspooncarrom seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonschopped coriander
  • For sprouts ingredient -
  • 1 &1/2 cup mix sprouts greenmoong, moth,and black moong
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • 1 teaspoonsesmee seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonschopped coriander for garnish

  1. 1

    Make dough like paratha by using dhokli ingredients and keep aside.

    In a pressure cooker add oil, Heat it add mustard,sesame seeds and asafoetida,

    Add mix sprouts and red chilli powder turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, and 3 cup of water, let it boil.

    From dhokli dough make big roti cut any shape dhokli and add in boiling sprouts.

    Cover the lid and make 3 whistle

    Let it cool then serve it in serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander.
