Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp each lentil urad,chana,arhar,moong /(bengal gram,black gram,piegon pea,yellow lentils)
  2. 2 tbspginger garlic
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tomato
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. as per tasteRed chilli
  7. 1 tspTurmeric
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. 2 tbspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil daal uncovered with salt and turmeric

    Heat a wok add ghee,saute ginger,garlic

    Chopped onion and spices,add tomato and cook by cover

  2. 2

    Now add boiled daal and mix well,cook on low flame by cover it and serve
