Ingredients

  • 250 gmchilli chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric,fennel seed
  • A pinch hing / asafoetida
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspbesan / gram flour

Steps

    In a wok heat oil

  2. 2

    Add besan and spices cook for a minute

  3. 3

    Now add green chilli and cover it.

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 minutes so that all chilli coated by spices and besan, do not over cook.
