1 clovegarlic
Sugar
1little soy sauce
Cayenne/parika
to tasteSalt and pepper

Fry the onion and garlic.

Add the tomato puree. Allow to cook for a few minutes.

Add the salt, pepper, sugar, a dash of soy sauce and cayenne.

Allow to cook till thick. Use when it has cooled down.
