Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 2 tbspnSugar
  • Baking powder 1tspn
  • Baking soda 1tspn
  • Pinchsalt
  • Coconut
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1/4 cupMelted butter
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean bowl sieve ur flour add baking powder salt baking powder and sugar keep aside

  2. 2

    Break ur egg into the melted butter add ur evaporated milk and mix well

  3. 3

    Add the wet season to the dry ingredients grate ur coconut and put mix well

  4. 4

    In a non stick pan add little oil and put ur mixture wen bubbles start turn to the other side repeat the process untill u finish

  5. 5

    Enjoy with any syrup of ur choice
