1/2 kgMilk :
2 tbspWater :

In a pan boil the milk now wait until luke warm.

Now dip your fingers and check it now in a small bowl add yogurt and water mix well and add in milk from one corner now mix well and cover with net cloth and rest it for 6-7 hours after that refrigerate it for 2 hours.

After 6-7 enjoy creamy yogurt.
