Half cup channa daal & half cup moong daal soak both daal together for 4 to 6 hrs after that drain water and put daal into strainer for removing access water 💦 Now chopraize daal into smooth paste.

Now put the paste in a mixing bowl and add 1Tbsp salt leveled, 1 and half Tbsp Red chilli flakes, half tsp ginger garlic and green chilli paste, 1tsp chopped fenugreek leaves 🍃 (fresh methi leves), 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped (Palak), 1 green chilli finely chopped, 1 Tbsp fresh dill choped (Soya), 1Tbsp fresh coriander chopped, 1Tbsp Mint leaves chopped, 1 medium size onion finely chopped. Mix well all these ingredients with your hand 🤚

Now heat oil for deep frying, now put pakora one by one in preheated oil on medium low heat when it turns into nice golden color remove from oil and put on paper towel then Serve Hot with tamarind (Imlee ki chatni)...😋😋😋
