#simpleandsizling....we all have eaten macaroni in the form of pasta but lets give it a twist and make pakodas out of it. It is a delicious recipe and goes well as a evening snack beside tea or coffee..

In a bowl, add boiled macaroni, cheese grated, tomato ketchup, onion, garlic and capsicum finely chopped, carrot grated,red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, gram flour, salt and mix well.

Add little water and mix well. Be careful not to pour much water. The amount of water is very critical or else the pakodas will not bind properly.

Make your hand wet. Take a dollop of the mixture and give it the shape of pakoda. First make a ball and then gently press it and flatten it. The flatten shape will help the pakoda cook through.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Place the pakodas on the hot oil and cook them on low to medium flame for 4-5 mins on each side.

Remove them on serving plate and serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
