Steps

Heat oil and fry the potatoes with salt and turmeric powder

Remove as it brown and keep aside

Now add more oil and fry the onion garlic and ginger paste

Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and add the chicken pieces

Cover till it gets soft

Remove cover add tomato puree and keep stirring until oil separates
- 7
Add potatoes and warm water and boil
- 8
Finally add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
