  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspZeera
  • 1/2 tspSoda
  • 1 1/2 cupWater
  • 1 kgPotatoes
  • Oil for cooking

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients well while add some water to the mixture which makes it like paste

    Now add the potatoes in the batter and mix them well that it coats the potatoes.

    On medium flame fry them in oil until golden brown in color.And crispy pakora are ready!!
