Steps

Take a kadai add besan,add curd add water and mix well.keep on stirring and a smooth batter.

Add salt,hing and haldipwoder.mix well.

Take a pan add besan mixture, stirring continuously,till it becomes a smooth thick batter.

Quickly spread portions of the mixture over the oiled thali.

Cut into two inches wide and roll them tightly.

Heat 2- tbsp oil and add hing,and mustard seeds,add curry leaves, saseme seeds,.they crackle pour over the pieces.

Serve immediately garnished with coconut, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds,
