Steps

Cut the titus fish and wash.season with salt,thyme,onion,curry and stock cubes and boil for five minutes.

Parboil the rice,wash and keep aside.Place clean pot on the heat,pour in vegetable oil fry onion,tomatoes paste,pepper pasta fry very well add crayfish,ginger, garlic, stock and water.

When is boiling stir and pour in the parboiled rice add stockcubes,salt,rosemary.Boil untill is done.
