Method - Take 1.5 cups of Nutrella nuggets and add them to boiling water until they become soft.. Meanwhile add a teaspoon of salt and 2 spoons of vinegar.

Take out all the nuggets from the water in which they were soaked after they absorb water.Add 1/4 cup curd to it.

Chop the onion into slices.

Make a thick paste of red chillies + garlic + ginger + tomatoes in a blenders.

Take a kadhai and in add 2 spoons of oil.. After it heats add slices of onions to it..Stir fry it until it turna golden brown..Now take them out.

In the remaining oil add all the dried spices (dalchini, cardamom, cloves) to it and after the sizzle add the thick paste (of tomatoes+ ginger+ garlic+red chillies) to it. Add 1.5 teaspoon salt to the paste. Cook the gravy.The tomatoes start releasing water and coom until the oil is separated from the paste.

Make the paste of fried onions in a blender.

Meanwhile add the dried herbs (masale) to the gravy. Now add the onion paste to it.
Cook it for few minutes and then add the soya (nutrella chunks) soaked in curd to it. Add 3/4 teaspoon garam masala to it and then add some water and cook nicely.
Garnish it with coriander.
