Ingredients

  • 1 packetmiso paste
  • 1/2carrot
  • Small bit of spring onions
  • 1/2pan of water
  • 1 packetenoki mushroom
  • 1 packetnoodles
  • Few bits of tofu

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your carrot and chop it up along with the spring onions and tofu

    Add into the water with the miso paste and let it boil for a few minutes, make sure the paste is dissolved

    After add the noodles and mushroom and simmer for a few minutes and you have your quick and easy miso soup!
