Ingredients

  1. 1 lbhamburger meat
  2. 3 (10.5 oz)cans of cream of mushroom soup
  3. 2/3 cupsour cream
  4. 3/4 lbegg noodles (3/4 bag)
  5. bagfrozen broccli (optional)
  6. to tastesalt, pepper, Italian season's & garlic power

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat and drain

  2. 2

    Mix soup, meat & broccli together & let simmer for 10 minutes. Now is when you season to taste

  3. 3

    Boil noodles until cooked.

  4. 4

    Combine noodles, meat mixture & sour cream in a pot. Mix well.

  5. 5

    If youre feeling fancy, add parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

It was good and $18 meal for family of 9 . The recipe called for beef but I made it with ground turkey breast that i seasoned before the meat cooked. I used fresh broccoli , 2 cans of cream mushroom soup and cream of chicken and it was a hit and got plenty of leftover.
