Mix all ingredients together in a mixer.

Use your hands to mold into balls, then place on a large cookie tray, cross-crossing each ball with a fork

Bake for 7-10 minutes.

Let cookies cool for at least 2 minutes before moving to a plate.

Serve after cooling for a little bit on the plate.
