First remove cover of the banana flower, remove black long part of the banana flower then chopped finely the banana flower,

Wash thoroughly with the water and squeeze the water from the banana flower,

Now heat the pressure cooker put banana flower along with the water, salt and pinch of termaric powder, closed the pressure cooker and give two whistles and wait until pressure goes naturally from the cooker

Now remove water from the banana flower and keep near in the gas oven, now give well mix to the banana flower with salt,

Heat another pan add bay leaves in the hot oil of the pan, add hing, add the jeera when crackles add garam masala next add potato, fry it, and add cardamom, nutmeg,add the chopped tomatoes, give it a quick stir to the pan add termaric powder, red chilli powder mix well and give well stir, now add jeera dhania powder, next garam masala powder mix well add milk powder mix well

Put boiled banana flower, mix well, add salt to taste, if u need u can give one teaspoon honey and the taste will be better but I am not, keep stirring add one cup water to the pan and cover with the lid, and keep boiling in the high flame of the oven, after few minutes slow the flame after perfect boiling and curry is thickned and soft add ghee and give it it the mix to the curry,
