Wash bhindi properly.Dry pat with a kitchen towel.Take a bowl and cut lady finger into small pieces.

Heat oil in a cooking vessel,add cumin seeds,red chilli chopped.when the cumin seeds are
light brown add the lemon juice and saute for 2 minutes.Cook without lid for 5 minutes on low flame. - 3
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,roast well.Cook without lid for about 20 minutes on low flame.

Add chopped onions and sauté well.

Add green chillies and sauté.

Cook until onions and bhindi get crispy and light brown.Add salt,garam masala,chatt masala.Switch off the flame.

Serve hot by garnishing with lemon wedges.
