Ingredients

  1. Flour500g
  2. 50 gButter
  3. Milk2tbs
  4. Water180ml
  5. 6 gYeast
  6. 50 gSugar
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 1 tspFlavor
  9. 1large egg
  10. Oil for frying

Steps

    Mix milk and flavor with warm water and set aside.

  2. 2

    This will be used when combining all ingredients.

  3. 3

    Take 3tbs of flour and 5tbs of water mix together with the yeast called th(this ise starter) set aside and let it double in size

  4. 4

    Melt butter and set aside. Combine also sugar, flour and salt in a separate bowl.

  5. 5

    Now take the starter, milk mixture, melted butter, egg and mix into the flour and sugar. Mix well for about 5 to 10 minutes. You will get a sticky dough. Oil another bowl and place the rough dough into it and cover with a towel until double in size.

    Place on a floured surface with your palms spread it out, then cut into any shape of your choice. Place in a slightly floured tray allow to rise a bit then fry.

  7. 7

    Note it's not a deep fried pastry. The oil has to be smaller than usual. Enjoy by sprinkling little or no sugar on it. I hope you enjoy this session. Thanks
