Achaar Gosht ..Pakistani food recipes are known for their masala-daar (spicy) flavors and scrumptious tastes. A variety of spices, herbs and a mastery of skill in cooking are needed when preparing a special Pakistani dish is under consideration. Achar gosht is said to be a dish of the northern Punjabi origin with a tangy twist of achaar (pickle and pickle masala) with the richness and nutrition of meat. Achar gosht is prepared usually with beef but mutton and chicken are also usable and taste equally good. Chicken Achar gosht is consumed with roti or you can add it with rice and enjoy a delectable meal that will keep you coming back for more. Ingredients

  • 500 gmChicken (boneless)
  • 3 tbspPickle
  • 2 tbspGarlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder 6
  • Tomato (slice cutting)
  • 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • As needed water
  • 2 Onion (slice cutting)
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Crushed
  • 4 Green Chilli
  • half cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Butter

    Cooking Method:
    In a cooking pot, add water, onion, tomato, Garlic Paste (1 tbsp), Ginger Paste (1 tbsp) and cook for 2-3 minutes.Now, simmer for 5 minutes and then strain n grind it.

    In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, Chicken, Garlic Paste (1 tbsp), Ginger Paste (1 tbsp), Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander crushed, green chilli and saute them.Now, add grinded paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.Now cover and simmer until tender.

    Next, add yogurt, Pickle and cook for 5 min

    On top add jalapenos pepper.
