When done, sieve and put the rice in a blender, then add the boiled rice pour water and blend till smooth. Transfer the batter In a bowl add yeast and allow to rise for 5hour.

Cut onion put into the batter add a pinch of salt, den on a medium heat put on Masa pan put 1 tblsp oil then put your batter allow to cook for a while then turn over and fry the back.
