Firstly chill the oil and milk in deep freezer for at least 30 minutes

Chill the mixer jar in the freezer as well for 15 minutes.

Now In the chilled mixer jar add in the chilled milk, Oil, vinegar, salt and sugar

Then whipp the mix till the oil emulsifies and milk gets thickened. This will take almost 5-7 minutes.

When the mayo is ready keep the mayo in room temperature for 1 hour.

Then store the mayo in a clean and dry sterilized glass jar

Store it in the fridge for 2 weeks.

Mayo can be used in pasta, salad, burger, sandwiches etc.

Can also add any flavour to the mayo like garlic etc.
