This is a full proof recipe that produces soft and moist cupcakes.You can use any flavour /essence of your choice.

In a large bowl beat the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and essence till light and fluffy

Add the 1/3 of the flour and fold it in using a spatula,when the flour is well incorporated add ½ of the milk.

Add another 1/3 rd of the flour and fold in

Add the remaining milk and mix
- 5
Add the final 1/ 3rd of the remaining flour and fold in
- 6
Pour the batter into individual cupcake cases and sprinkle some nuts or raisins and bake for 15 minutes until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
