Ingredients

2-3potatoes boiled
1/2 cupsuji
1 cupWheat flour
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
to tasteSalt
as neededGreen chilli finally chopped
As neededGreen Coriander finally chopped
as neededOil for frying

Steps

1

Boil all the potatoes.take a mixing bowl add massed potatoes suji and all ingredients mix it well.

Make a soft doe add oil to a doe and make a dow again.

Make small bolls and give a shape of puri.after that deep frie it in well hot oil or ghee as u like.

Serve hot with curd or achar.
